How do I return an item under warranty?Updated a year ago

Please click here for our returns platform, this will open a new window, you will need your order number and one of the following; email address, zip code, contact number used for your order. You will be asked to add images of the issue which you require to be covered under warranty. Please provide as much information as possible to allow our team to assess your case efficiently.

 

If you purchased this directly from one of our retailers, you will need to contact them directly about the issue as your purchase transaction and terms of sale is between you (the consumer) and them (the retailer).
