If you have a discount code, and you forgot to use it at the checkout stage, please contact our team at [email protected] and we will take a look for you. You should provide us with details of the discount code that you have and where you received this from so that we can process your request as quickly as possible. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to apply affiliate codes retrospectively to your order once it has been processed. 

This is due to the code providing commission for the Ambassador who provided you with the code and discount for you to use. Applying this code to your order after sale would not link the order to the code or allow the commission to be linked to the Ambassador, which is the purpose of the code and discount.
