What happens if I have been shipped the incorrect item?Updated 5 months ago

If we have shipped you the wrong item, please raise your return on the ZONE3 Returns Portal and our team will be touch with you as soon as possible. 

Initiate your return by accessing the link below, you will need your order number and one of the following: email address, postal code or contact number. Select the item you wish to return and follow the next steps. You can select a return reason regarding receiving the wrong item, which allows us to pass this feedback onto our warehouse teams.
