What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
If your items arrived damaged, please raise your RMA* on the Zone3 Returns Portal and our team will be touch with you as soon as possible.
Initiate your return by accessing the link below, add your order number and the same e-mail address you have used to place the order. Select the damaged item you wish to return and follow the next steps.
