Any returned item must be in the same ‘as new’ condition as it was received i.e. with tags attached and unused other than to try for size and fit.
Unfortunately this means any wetsuits, swimwear or goggles tested in water cannot be considered 'as new' and are ineligible for return.
The customer is responsible for the return carriage costs and our returns portal will help you purchase a returns label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund for returned items. Returned goods must be sent with a returns form.

Please note: we're only able to facilitate exchanges through our returns center if there is sufficient stock available for the replacement item, otherwise you will only be able to receive a refund.
You have 30-days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted product to us.
All items must be returned unused, without damage of any kind, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Damage is defined as sun or chemical damage, stains, scratches, abrasions or tears of any kind.
DAMAGED OR DIRTY ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
You may only return items purchased directly from this ZONE3.US website. If you purchased from a ZONE3 retailer then you must return items to that retailer and their policy may be different. Please check with the retailer before returning items to them.
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, not ZONE3. We provide the function to purchase the returns label through our returns portal, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund, or paid for upfront if selecting an exchange.
We do not accept returns from unauthorized retailers, consignment stores, third party websites, or on items purchased outside of the US.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of the label being marked as being in transit. It may take a further 5 business days to appear on your bank card statement. Please only contact us after this period if you've not yet received your refund.
